TERMS AND CONDITIONS - GENERAL

When booking a place, please bear in mind that your class place is only confirmed once you’ve paid in full. Upon paying your full fee you are committing to attending all 10 sessions, any missed sessions during a course are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Very rarely, we may need to cancel or postpone a class, course or workshop because of circumstances out of our control or if a course is under-subscribed. If you are a confirmed attendee, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. We are not obliged to offer alternative dates or date if the reason for the cancellation is not down to us. This is down to our discretion.

Sarah Louise Dix upholstery is a small business, so you’ll understand that we can’t offer a full course or workshop refund or credit if you don’t attend (please don’t cause embarrassment by asking to do so).
